Along the way, I've gained valuable experience working for tech companies in the language industry as a project manager and vendor manager. It taught me how to effectively improve processes, while communicating with individuals from diverse cultures worldwide. That's precisely why I'm so passionate about the Vacation rental business - it perfectly blends my passion for real estate and my previous work experience in one place.

How often can I use the property?

Your vacation home is all yours, with no restrictions on personal stays. Simply let us know your travel dates and we'll block off the calendar accordingly.

What is your guest screening process?

Your property's upkeep is our top priority, which is why we only allow the guests with a good track record or after conducting a screening interview.

How much are your Co-Hosting fees?

For day to day management, we charge a percentage of a gross revenue from the rent. Before providing specific pricing, we take a tailored approach to understand client's specific requirements and design custom packages accordingly.

What technology do you use to monitor?

We setup all of our houses with keyless entry smart locks, outdoor security cameras for 24/7 eyes on the property, and (optionally) a noise monitor system to ensure no parties are happening at the property.

Our Headquarters is in Central Florida, but we have teams across all USA.
